Marry this with unparalleled Bikram yoga classes, Inferno Hot Pilates, seminars & instruction, guided meditations, group activities outside the yoga room, visually stimulating and mouthwatering {farm to table/vegan/raw/ hand crafted} meals & fresh pressed juices set in a breathtaking location - well you've got it!
  • ALL OF OUR OFFERINGS - the focus is on FUN! good times, great health, total balanced living; overall wellbeing.  Take what you need from our timeline, and leave what does not. Sometimes you don't realize how much you need a good sleep! until you join us - and having a late morning (or evening) is just great too.  In total - we are vacation where on your way home you feel better than when you arrived, loads of laughs, good times, and a great community and wellness resource bank to check in with when you need to! 



Is a beginning yoga class, suitable for all age groups and ability levels; challenging enough for the most practiced yogi and approachable enough for the pure novice. It is focused around 26 basic hatha yoga postures, set up like a chain reaction so that each posture warms you up for the next until the end of class you have touched on each and every muscle, ligament, tendon, internal organ and system in your body so YES you feel fantastic - NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! during class you will never find yourself going into a posture unprepared or under warmed up, never find yourself over-stretching but moving to your bodies maximum for whatever that may be for that class. We will focus on the breath, and doing your best; the yoga will do the rest!  Bikram yoga is practiced in a warm room which will allow you to heal faster, stretch deeper, feel better without injury. You will sweat! Why the Heat you may ask? Yoga changes the construction of the body from the inside out, from bones to skin and from fingertips to toes. So before you change it, you have to heat it up to soften it, because a warm body is a flexible body. Then you can reshape the body any way you want. Hatha Yoga flushes away the waste products, the toxins of all the glands and organs of your body. It provides a natural irrigation of the body through the circulatory system, with the help of the respiratory system. It brings nourishments to every cell of your body so that each one can perform its function and keep your body healthy. Bikram Yoga also employs heat to further that cleaning process: When you sweat, impurities are flushed out of the body through the skin. Practicing yoga not only increases our supplies of oxygen, but it also teaches us how to use that oxygen properly – we learn to control the breath through pranayama. We learn to breathe!


Inspired by Bikram and Ashtanga lineages, this class works in a flow rhythm. is a great way to get the heart rate up, work & stretch your core at the same time.  


is a low impact, high intensity workout which will build long lean muscles throughout your entire body! You will sweat, you will move, you will do the best you can with what you haves to work with every time you try - and feel stronger after class! This is great for beginners to advanced fitness types - no experience needed to try ;) 



On your arrival day we will greet you with a towering SUPER juice and light snack, yoga class and welcome dinner. Throughout the retreat, breakfast of seasonal fruits, and super foods are available early for those who wish to eat before the daily morning class. The morning class is followed by fresh pressed juice and time to relax before joining the group for lunch. Afternoons are devoted to yoga workshops, clinics, meditation sessions, and food prep classes. Throughout the week two afternoons reserved for group activities otherwise our afternoons are times to take in a massage, hang by the pool, time to explore, chill out, have fun etc... In the evening it is common that a second yoga class be offered, dinner {to die for!} and occasional evening programs. All offerings are optional but most of our guests can’t get enough - and that is the best!  *Retreat specific timelines always provided!




  • Casual clothing that allows you to be comfortable
  • A windbreaker, hooded sweatshirt - think in layers, take note of the season and location where you will join us!
  • Yoga clothing
  • flip flops
  • A pair of broken-in workout/training shoes and/or hiking shoes/trail runners
  • A swimsuit - to lounge in  and for active adventures!
  • A sun hat
  • Bug spray - preferably one without the chemical DEET
  • A camera
  • A good book or journal!
  • Pocket cash for anything you may find along the way


While we realize the importance of checking out, we also know sometimes you need to check in. All Bikram Retreat facilities have free wireless internet. Adventures lasting seven days or longer we gladly will provide laundry services mid week. Spa services {services vary based on resort} are always available for guests' individual booking; massage therapists on site at all times.


We  have such a good time that returning guests make up 15-50% of each new adventure


Like a boutique luxury hotel, rates are based upon room selection and occupancy. Bookings are available for singles, couples, {if you are traveling with a group, yes we can accommodate you - or we can create a retreat just for you!} & shares for solo travelers for whom we provide a roommate. Rates range depending on location and length of stay. Please contact us for all details.  Pricing is all inclusive in nature - you arrive and we take it from there.
